Sponge cake stacked with buttercream and coated in white or milk chocolate ganache. Hand painted with a design of your request, I use edible food colours and coco butter, all modelling such as 3D features, bows and toppers are made from chocolate and hand painted as well. I use zero fondant or sugar paste products on my cakes.
