Terms and conditions

• All the cakes, biscuits, brownies, blondies etc are baked to order. 

• All orders are posted first class I can not be held responsible for delays in the post.

• I  am the baker, wrapper and packer. I can only take a certain amount of orders per week. To ensure that you the customer gets hand made, fresh products I will only take limited numbers of orders. I don't want to compromise my products by stretching myself to thin. I want you to get the best, so please be patient I promise it's worth the wait.

• I will usually update my Instagram regularly with teasers of new stock and times of opening my webiste for orders. If in doubt go to the home page of my website and the details will be there.

• All the brownies and blondies can be frozen for up to 3 months, when defrosting I'd advise to leave at room temperature in original packaging until fully defrosted. Once defrosted eat within 24 hours. 

• Please ensure you put in the correct shipping address when you order, I can not be held responsible for posting to the incorrect address. 

• I can not be held responsible for damage by heat during the warmer months. All purchases are at the buyer's own risk. 

• I can not be held responsible for delays via the parcel company once item has been dispatched, they will aim to get your parcel to you within 48 hours of posting. Adverse weather conditions etc are beyond my control.

• Postage is fixed rate £5.25 for first class royal mail to anywhere within the uk.

• Discrete packaging is used and I post boxes with a sealed parcel bag. 

 Allergies 

• I can never guarantee nut free, I work in a kitchen that handles nuts, seeds, oils, dairy and gluten. 

• Unless specified vegan or gluten free I can make no guarantees any of my products do not contain the above listed.
